People have help wanted requirements for situations in life as well as employment. It is important that you recognize help when it appears. Help may not always take the form that you expect. Both positive and negative experiences can help you reach your goals. What do the H, E, L, and P represent in your help wanted sign? Hurdles, Expectations, Laughter, and Problems might be more useful than you think.
Hurdles cause you to stretch farther and jump higher to get over the obstacles in front of you. When you clear one hurdle, you gain the confidence and skills to get over the next one.
Expectations contribute to your pace and identify results that need to be met. They can be too high or too low. Measuring your progress against your expectations can help you adjust them to a realistic level.

I want to always focus on laughter, it is a powerful antidote to stress, pain, and conflict. Nothing works faster or more dependably to bring your mind and body back into balance than a good laugh. Humor lightens your burdens, inspires hopes, connects you to others, and keeps you grounded, focused, and alert.
